Account & Data Deletion Overview
At Sehat Record, you have full control over your personal and medical information. In compliance with Google Play Health App policies and international privacy standards, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal health data at any time.
You can delete your account and data directly within the mobile application, or submit a request using the online web form below if you no longer have the app installed.
What Happens When Data Is Wiped
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we initiate permanent erasure of your account and data:
- Account Credentials: Your phone number, encrypted password hash, user IDs, and session tokens are permanently erased.
- Family & Dependent Profiles: All profiles created under your account (Self, Parent, Spouse, Child, etc.) are removed.
- Medical Records & History: All doctor visits, clinic names, notes, lab results, prescriptions, and dosage reminder schedules are permanently purged.
- Uploaded Files & Documents: All prescription photos, lab report PDFs, and medical document attachments are permanently purged from active databases and cloud storage within 30 days.
- Local Device Cache: Cached data on your device is disconnected from our servers and will be cleared when you sign out or uninstall the App.
- Statutory Retention Limits: No personal or medical data is retained, except in the rare event where minimal transaction or audit logs must be temporarily preserved to comply with statutory legal, tax, or anti-fraud security obligations.
Option 1: In-App Self-Serve Deletion (Fastest)
If you have access to your mobile phone with Sehat Record installed, you can trigger instant account deletion:
- Open the Sehat Record app on your Android device.
- Navigate to your profile or Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Review the warning prompt and confirm your deletion request.
Offline Sync & Local Cache: If you delete your account from the server, any locally stored cached data on your device is rendered inaccessible immediately upon confirmation.
Web Deletion Request Portal
If you uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, submit your registered phone number below. To safeguard your medical history against unauthorized deletion, we will send an OTP/verification code to this number before initiating the data purge.
